Hey How Ya Doin'?

Hey everybody! How are y'all doing? It has been so rainy in Lubbock lately! And on the negative side, I was stuck at school until 5 for one of my classes and when I left to go wait for my mom... 1. Our school was having a football game and I was on the feild!!!!! And 2. IT WAS FREEZING AND I WAS WEARING SHORTS! I am so dressing accordingly tomorrow! well, I guess I don't have anything else to talk about so...yeah. BYE! Peas, Love and Bananas!

My New Blog

Hello! Ni Hao! Hola! Bonjour! However you say it! Welcome to my new blog. On this blog you can follow my journey to receiving my little brother! Here is a little information about this adoption. This is our second adoption, so we will kind of know what to expect. Like, how much paper work there will be and how long it will take. My brother is in a special needs adoption and those adoptions seem to go alot faster than a "normal" adoption. My brother, Kevin, has what we call amniotic banding of his left forearm. He has one finger that he can still hold stuff in and he has som bone structure in it as well. And God sent us a miracle when my mom was reading an email that said that this woman was teaching English in China and she also volunteers at my brother's orphanage as well. And she chose him to take care of. Also, she got to take him home with her one weekend and she took him back after, but he threw a HUGE fit and so she gets to foster him until we get him. Luckily, she is doing a routine that we are going to do with him when he arrives. They get up, get him dressed, drop him off at daycare, go to work, get him after, and take him home. I am so excited to see him in real life! We have a web cam that can allow us to talk to him on certain days. My mom and the woman email back and forth, scheduling times and days to talk on the web cam and when we do get to talk to him, he is so enthralled in seeing himself in the corner. The ladies at the orphanage call him Lao Hu. Well, I had better go! I will update when I can! Thanks for dropping by!
